Delegate Conduct
- All delegates are expected to maintain professionalism and decorum throughout the conference.
- Delegates must treat fellow participants, Executive Board members, Organizing Committee members, volunteers, and staff with respect.
- Any form of intimidation, bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Committee Decorum
- Delegates must follow the instructions of the Executive Board and adhere to the Rules of Procedure of their respective committees.
- Decisions of the Executive Board regarding committee procedure must be respected.
- Delegates are expected to maintain proper decorum and follow the established rules throughout committee sessions.

Diplomatic Conduct
- Offensive, derogatory, discriminatory, or inflammatory remarks directed at any participant or group are prohibited.
- Delegates are expected to use diplomatic and respectful language during formal debate.
- Personal attacks against other delegates are strictly prohibited.

Harassment & Discrimination
- RNSMUN maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment and discrimination.
- Discrimination or harassment based on gender, race, nationality, religion, disability, appearance, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
- Sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, threats, stalking, or inappropriate conduct of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Any concerns regarding harassment or inappropriate behavior should be reported to the Organizing Committee immediately.
- Reports will be handled appropriately and, where possible, with confidentiality.

Dress Code
- Delegates are expected to dress in formal Western or traditional formal attire appropriate for a diplomatic conference.
- Excessively revealing or inappropriate clothing is not permitted during committee sessions.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to address dress-code violations.

Communication & Social Media
- Delegates are expected to maintain appropriate conduct on social media and in their respective WhatsApp group chats in relation to the conference.
- Posting or sharing content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or intended to harass another participant is prohibited.
- Delegates must not use conference-related communication platforms to target, intimidate, or publicly shame other participants.

Academic Integrity & Plagiarism
- Delegates are encouraged to conduct independent research and prepare their speeches, position papers, and other submissions responsibly.
- Plagiarism, fabrication of sources, falsification of information, or deliberate misrepresentation of another delegate's work is prohibited.
- The use of artificial intelligence and internet resources must comply with the policy established by the respective Executive Board.
- Delegates are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with the applicable committee's AI and internet-use guidelines.

Restricted Items & Substances
- Weapons, explosives, illegal substances, alcohol, and other prohibited items are not permitted at the conference.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the conference premises.
- Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate by the Organizing Committee may be confiscated or prohibited.

Venue & Property
- Delegates are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and respecting the conference venue.
- Damage to venue property, conference equipment, or another participant's belongings may result in disciplinary action.
- Delegates must follow all safety instructions and venue regulations.

Photography & Identification
- Participants may be photographed or recorded by the official RNSMUN media team for legitimate conference-related purposes.
- Delegates must carry their conference identification and display it when required.
- Conference credentials must not be transferred or shared with another individual.

Awards & Fair Play
- Awards will be determined by the Executive Board based on delegate performance, including diplomacy, substantive knowledge, participation, negotiation, and adherence to committee procedure.
- Delegates must not attempt to influence the Executive Board regarding awards.
- Any attempt to unfairly manipulate the award process may result in disqualification from consideration.

Disciplinary Action
- Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, removal from a session, disqualification from awards, or removal from the conference, depending on the severity of the violation.
- Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the premises and, where necessary, notification of the appropriate authorities.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to take appropriate action in situations not explicitly covered by this Code of Conduct.

Final Authority
- By registering for RNSMUN, all participants agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and the Rules of Procedure of their respective committees.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to interpret and enforce these regulations in the best interests of safety, fairness, and the smooth functioning of the conference.
- Participation in RNSMUN constitutes acceptance of these terms and regulations.
